Today it's my second day of routine
I used treadmill for walking 10 min,running 20 min
after that I used a fitness eqipment for training thigh and I spent 10 min on it
fishing training
I took a bubble bath
It's really a great enjoyment
let hot water cover your body
and you relax your muscle ......wow I felt so comfortable
I also used a facial mask and hair mask
I felt so nice~~~~~~
now I have a muscle ache......
but I won't give up
I will lose my weight~~~!!!!
today in ilab class
teacher Lisa told us a website "bioraphy"
there has a lot of video about the story of famous people
and it can help us to practice listening skill
so if I learn somthing interesting I will share that on here!
